All drivers must be registered by posting in the driver registration thread requesting a number. Numbers will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, however drivers who have already submitted a skin for the skin pack will have there number reserved.

To race in the league you must have rFactor installed with the latest version of the Ministox mod, the most recent Skinpack and the tracks listed in the schedule. You must also have access to the MiRc Chat. Info can be found on the forum.

During a meeting your name in the server (game profile name) must be, your registered name, followed by your number (I.E W/woody-390 Or W/woody390) - This is important and must not be changed through the season other wise you WILL be excluded from points scoring.

This league is designed to be fun and fair, you are expected to treat all other drivers with respect. Abusing or swearing at other drivers will not be tolerated and you will be banned.

Drivers must submit 4 skins ( I.E white, yellow, blue and red) to be included in the next Skinpack created. These should be sent as ZIP or RAR files stating, driver and number.

Any new drivers will be required to use one of the Ministox Novice skins available until the next Skinpack is released.

You can only update your skin twice through the season. Skins must be to a high standard with your racing number clearly shown with a contrasting background on the cars sides and roof mounted number plate. .DDS .VEH and Files should be named like this:

Folder = Mini_390 (Your number)

Inside the folder should be your default .DDS and .VEH both named:

Mini_390 (Your number)

On the forum in the mini section is a copy of what your .VEH should look like

Then another folder named: Mini_390Skins (Your number)

Then inside there should be your other roof grades i.e

390_White
390_Yellow
390_Blue

Again make sure its your own number

On Track Behaviour

- Drivers must drive in the correct direction (anti-clockwise) at all times.
- No use of the infield at any time, using the infield during a race will be classed as cutting. And you will be loaded from the meeting
- No deliberate fencing will be tolerated.
- Drivers using the "There is a car in front of me, I must hit it" attitude will be penalised.
- Drivers deliberately taking another car out from a lap down will be penalised.
- No talking once the race has started, DP's will be handed out
- Do not leave the server during a race as this will cause warp. However if your car is sat on the top of the fence please press escape to monitor.
- Care is to be taken when rejoining the racing line following a spin and persistant carelessness in this respect will be punished.
- Individual drivers with a bad connection may be banned from the rest of the meeting if it causes a problem for other drivers.
- Wall riding is NOT permitted. If you are hit into the wall, you must back off the throttle and gain full control. You must not use the wall to steer the car around the turn, nor use it to gain a race advantage. Anyone found to do so may be excluded from the results.
- If your car is 'dead' it must be left on the track, so other racers will have to avoid it and drive around it. However if your car is warping all over a fence or wall then "escape to monitor".

Complaints

Any driver who is lodging a complaint must do so within 2 days stating the race and replay time of the event, and a brief description of the incident. This can be done by sending a PM to the Mini Discipline account. Then the Mini Admin team will take a look at the incident and deal with it how it should be delt with

The league will operate a penalty point system. Drivers may receive a National Points and Qualifying Points reduction or in severe cases a race ban may follow. Offences will not carry a standard penalty, each incident will be judged individually. You will be informed of any penalties by PM and have 48 hours to appeal.

When the lights go green (or the final buzzer has gone and countdown timer completed) drivers will make there way to their starting position, as listed below. You must not pass drivers of your own grade. Previous race winners during the meeting must start at the back of the grade. Once drivers are in position the steward will ask if anyone is not ready. If nobody replies, 'Roll at 20' is called and the leader of the whites will roll at a steady 20mph for the rolling lap. Drivers at the front of each grade are to drive at approx. 20mph but ensure they keep their 3 cars distance to the grade in front. Anytime after the leading white reaches the apex of turns 3 & 4 the steward will call 'GO GO GO' and the race will be on. If for any reason the grid does not form properly after rolling, then a restart may be called. If there are persistent offenders that stop races being started they will be sent to the back of the grid or excluded.
